Track the progress on the Internet by downloading documents from EACH MONTH for EACH BILL. 

Do a brief legislative analysis of HB 3739. Document results in journal form. 

Include for EACH BILL what EACH PERSON did for the bill in the month of February, March, and what they plan for or meetings that will happen in April (Rep Curtis J. Tarver, Sen Robert Peters, Richard Durbin, and Tammy Duckworth). 

Document the representative activity for each bill for each month. write a letter regarding your opinions on the each bill.

Include documents and links found online for each bill.
