You will write a ‘Year in Review’ that will look at the organization’s projected
goals, how they were accomplished and any highlighted performance
results throughout the year. Make sure you also look ahead to next year
and what goals or activities will be on the horizon. You can use past
organizational data to help guide your template for this assignment, but
remember this exercise is to help you know how to write a ‘Year in Review’
report.

Your ‘Year in Review” report will include the following:

1. Organization Overview (could include letter from the CEO)
2. The Year’s Goals / Financial Data
3. Accomplishment of Goals / Operations / Impact
4. KPI’s and Results
5. Opportunities for Next Year / Plans for New Products or Services
6. Execution of Next Year’s Goals / Development Activities
