Summarize the treatment plan goals, objectives, intended strategies you will implement based on theory and evidence-based practice, and planned assessments to monitor client progress toward goals.
Questions for peers related to your work with this client, as if they were your case staffing team.

Show at least 10 minutes of a clip from the video of your client session during your presentation. Ensure that you maintain client confidentiality in the details you choose to share with the class.

Note: Your video clip should be in the form of a link. Do not submit a video file for this assignment. Refer to this week’s learning activities for help with recording and presenting videos.
