ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

OVERVIEW

For this assignment, you will create an annotated list of at least 10 resources (both Christian and
secular) that you plan to use for your Research Paper Assignment later in the course. The
resources must have been published within the last five years. These sources will also serve as
the list from which you will select the articles to complete the two Journal Article Critique
Assignments later in the course.

INSTRUCTIONS

Access Jerry Falwell Library and search databases such as Academic Search Complete, ERIC,
and Education Research Complete to locate the sources for this assignment.

Using the provided Annotated Bibliography Template, list at least 10 sources that are five
years old or newer. You may use sources that are older than five years, but those must be in
addition to the required minimum of 10 sources that are five years old or newer. You must also
include at least one Christian resource, which may include the Bible.

Each annotation should be a paragraph that is descriptive of the content of the article. The
purpose is to give your reader (who may be less familiar with your topic and the resources)
information about the source you have selected.

Adherence to current APA formatting guidelines is expected.

Note: Your assignment will be checked for originality via the Turnitin plagiarism tool.
