 A minimum of 200 words, the following two sections:

B. The Material Data of Art: Please report on one work of art that you select from your textbook or online from the Prehistoric Era of Art ( The Lion Human This section should be at least 200 words, and should include these numbered sections:

1. Image: Post an image of your chosen work in the message area, with its MLA citation and URL to the source. Images should be no larger than 800 x 800 pixels. Find your images using Google Image Search. Copy the image by right clicking on the image and choosing “Copy Image”. Paste the image directly in the message area. Copy the URL by right clicking on the image and choosing “Copy the Image address”. Paste the URL beneath the image.

2. Material Data: (This section will require online research beyond your assigned readings).
a. Name the artist/designer (if known), date(s), current location or museum, materials used and size.
b. What is this thing? Note all the various ways this art work could have been used. Why was it made? For who?
c. How was it made? Consider how many people might have been involved, and any special tools, materials or methods employed.
NOTE: Do not report on the “meaning” of this work and try to be as objective and unbiased as possible.
