In the previous assignment, you created a presentation about the benefits of using a CRM software platform, and provided an overview of several CRM software options. Consider the scenario where the management team was very enthusiastic about your presentation and is ready to jump into a new CRM software solution. Before they just jump in, you want to make sure that they understand the challenges involved.
