In this assignment, as a group, you will select the change management model and justification you want to use for your project based on the submission from the individual group members.

Your group will describe the changes the organization needs to make to meet the goal you are working on for them.

Instructions:

• Select the change management model and justification the group will be using.

• Include a section recommending how the organization should address resistance to change.

• Rewrite Prepare a preliminary report describing the changes the organization needs to make to meet the goal your group is working on.

• Prepare a one-page budget detailing the expenses and revenues needed to make the changes.

• The report should be a minimum of two pages in length, with an additional one-page budget.       

The costs and income spending plan should be detailed in an Excel spreadsheet and the Veteran Affairs spreadsheet, and expenses should be as costs. The Revenues budget and Veteran Affairs and the Chittenden group’s expenses and revenues budget should be used.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Requirements:

• Submit a Word document.

• Your paper will be single-spaced with in-text citations and a reference list.

• At least two resources.

• A minimum of two pages, with an additional one-page budget.
