Press Kit/Press Release. Design a press kit for a sport event (this may be a fictional event, or a real event from your institution) that includes a short press release.  The press kit must include, but not limited to, the following elements within a folder:

  1. Player identification –Background with historical information of players. ex: this would include player stats for both the home and away teams (if a collegiate sport include class ranking) – among other interesting information.
  2. Team history – this could range from team stats (present and recent past) to historical information.
  3. Coach and Staff identification – a brief bio should be included (how long has the coach been with team etc…)
  4. Stadium information –
  5. Photos/Images – of key logos, players etc…
  6. Media contact information – typically a public relations spokesperson

(Basically, include any information you believe the media would find useful)

  1. Don’t forget to include a short description of each element and a brief justification for its inclusion
