Please take the time to complete this assignment. If you have an issue with the technology, please get in touch with Ihuman support. Review your rubric before completing the assignment to make sure you cover all of the requirements. This will be a one-time submission.

As a tip to pass this assignment, I should remind you of the following:

1-Complete the EHR

2- Management: Medications, testing, education, and follow-up. Students MUST write the treatment rationale with APA references (check your APA manual)

3- Literature support MUST come from Journals and books. Internet sources or YouTube sources are not considered peer-reviewed and not valid

4- EHR history writing must be entirely in all spaces. Review of systems is ONLY subjective (symptoms). Physical exam MUST include a detailed physical exam of your patient.

Watch for lateness and Academic Integrity when completing your assignment.

There are no second chances, so you must complete I-Human, take your time with the case.

Good luck this week!
