For the Unit IV Journal, will consider Unit I-IV, including the four functions of management (planning, leading, organizing, and control), and core managerial concepts we have covered in each unit.

The Task: State your selected management position and the name company name you chose in the Unit I Discussion Board. Your organization is acquiring a smaller, similar company that provides the same service and/or product. The President of XYZ Company has provided you with the details of the purchase, and you are the manager assigned with the responsible to orchestrate, lead, manage, and communicate this critical change throughout the entire organization. Planning must begin immediately. Create a plan of action, managing the change. Consider your position, your power, your control, and the challenges of managing. Include what you have learned from the past four units and your own knowledge and managerial experience.
