Discussion Forum – Main Perspectives of Psychology

Objective: Examine the main perspectives of psychology to explain which one you identify with. 

Instructions

a)    Review the perspectives of psychology and evaluate its main approaches. You are encouraged to use the resources included in the module and to search for additional academic resources to learn more about this topic. Use the databases available in the University’s library to search for more information. 
b)    Provide a brief description of each perspective. Indicate which perspective you identify with. Explain the reason for your answer and include any additional information you consider to be relevant. Do not include highly personal information.
c)    Your answer must include references in APA style. It is recommended that you use the reference books included in this module as the main source of information for your answer. Your answer should be 2-3 paragraphs.
d)    Remember to comment on your classmates’ entries, minimum of two entries.

 for your submission.

Submission Instructions:

· Submit your initial discussion post by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday and react critically to at least two of your classmates’ discussion posts by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday.

· Contribute a minimum of 150 words to the initial post. It should include at least two (2) academic sources, formatted and cited in APA.

· Respond to at least two of your classmates’ discussion posts by 11:59 pm ET on Sunday. Ask a question, provide a different viewpoint.

· Follow established 

netiquette
 guidelines when participating in forums.
