To complete this assignment, you will create a 15 to 20-slide PowerPoint presentation that
combines the D.I.M. process of risk management to the managerial application section of your
research assignment. The D.I.M. process is covered in course readings and provides you with a
conceptual framework for your presentation including how to incorporate and apply the requisite
matrices for your legal issue. Depending on your legal issues topic, you may need to adapt some
aspects from your assignment in order to develop a risk management plan that could mitigate plausible
concerns for managerial practice. As suggested in the overview above, create the Powerpoint
Presentation as if it is intended to train employees on the process, plan, and practical treatments
of risk management for your particular legal issue. (see attached)
