Students will write an 5 page paper summarizing and analyzing the relationship between the history and evolution of EEO laws, workplace and diversity/inclusion practices, leadership, ethics, and organizational performance. The essay should demonstrate the students’ comprehension of how these concepts, policies, and practices impact organizational performance. Ensure proper citations are utilized.

1. Examine and explain the relationship between the history and evolution of EEO laws,

2. Define and Describe workplace diversity/inclusion practices,

3. Demonstrate your understanding of the importance of leadership, ethics, on organizational performance.

4. The essay should demonstrate the students’ comprehension of how these concepts, policies, and practices impact organizational performance.

5. Finally, explain how your own professional experience has been influenced and impacted by workplace diversity, leadership, and ethics.

6. Utilize course articles, readings, and other 
peer-reviewed journals to support your findings. APA format (Double-spaced, 5 page paper).
