Case Overview:
Litson Manufacturing has found themselves in a severe situation with their recent move to the small town of Fairlee, New Jersey. The desire to reduce labor costs and move to a new location has not been well thought out based on the situation that has occurred. The interference that Litson has initiated does not appear to show intentional interference with the other Plant competitor’s employees. Because of terrible HR practices by their competitors, Litson has benefited from this move by unintentionally poaching employees from the area that will boost a new group of employees who may already be skilled.
