Review the criteria set in Table 8.3 and the History & Physical Report in Figure 8.10.

After this review, determine whether or not with specificity (examples); e.g. yes or not then explain why

1)  The patient meets the severity of illness criteria; and

2)  The patient meets the intensity of service criteria.
