    • both the “Download Chapter” and “Easy-to-Read Versions” (both are attached)
    • Review the documents for the type of facility you are completing your preceptorship in
      • Hospital, Critical Access Hospital, Home Care, or  Nursing Care Center
  • Using what you have read about NPSGs, base your paper on one of the following:
    • A clinical incident that occurred during Preceptorship
    • An incident that varied from the guidelines
    • A situation where you internally questioned if the guidelines were being implemented correctly.
