I need a 400 word personal statement on why I withdrew from college courses, and why academically I had a low GPA for Culinary institute of America because I’m trying to get into that school

Some facts about me:

I had hurshbrungs so they took my large intestines and colon out and I had a colostomy bag , then they figured out to do a small bowel pull down so I was able to get my colostomy bag out but I still don’t have a large intestines or a colon. I was sick all through elementary, middle and highschool and had to take medicine 3 times a day.

I withdrew from college corses because I was still trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, and I also had a baby, I wasn’t the best student in school but I will be for what I love and that’s pastry’s and culinary , I have a huge passion for culinary and pastry’s
