Purpose

Self-awareness refers to the ability to recognize and understand your own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, strengths, and weaknesses. By understanding your strengths and weaknesses, you can work on improving yourself and reaching your full potential.

· Offer a detailed account of the experience

· Summarize results for each question separately

· What happened? Who was involved? Where and when did it take place?

· Reflect on what you learned from the experience

· How did it affect you? What were your thoughts and feelings? Consider different perspectives and insights

· When relevant, make connections to class content, discussions, and book

· Review your writing for clarity, coherence, and organization
