Due: Sunday, 11:59 p.m. EST of Unit 5

Points: 100

Overview:

In this assignment, you will produce a change management plan. Performing integrated
change control is an important process of the project integration management. In a
project, there will always be change requests. These changes will be evaluated by the
change control board. Afterward, if the change requests are approved, they will be
implemented. The changes in a project are accepted, rejected or handled in the Perform
Integrated Change control process. From submission of a change request until its
implementation and closure, performing the integrated change control process ensures
the successful change management in a project.

Instructions:

Your project scope has been increased by 5% of the original plan, impacting your
schedule and costs. Using the change management plan Word template, create a
change management plan reflecting the 5% increase in scope.

Remember that you’re using a template, so some areas may not applicable given the
nature of your project.

Be sure to read the criteria, by which your assignment will be evaluated,

before you write, and again after you write.
