That would be (Morgan, Robert, or Michael).• Use the Student Portfolio Assignment Template.Here is how you will complete the template:• Complete the cover page to include the student’s name, the case manager’s name (this isyour name), and the date.• Write one goal in each of the four academic sections based on the focus learner’s needs(for a total of four goals).• Next, choose a state standard that can be linked to the goals that were written.• Lastly, fill in the “evidence description” chart.
