Introduction

Have you ever seen one of the workplace posters dedicated to warning employees to follow the rules or ethics? Outside of providing a cheap way to decorate, these posters provide a lot of information in a condensed format. Valuable skills to develop include communicating succinctly, using visual elements to support points, and arranging information to make it easier to understand. In this last assessment, you will design a workplace poster focused on a particular type of criminal case and ethical considerations.

This course covered a variety of topics that may have been emotionally and intellectually challenging. If you or someone you know need resources in this area, please visit Capella’s

Capella University Library
, find two peer-reviewed journal articles on ethical issues in forensic psychology or the psychology on your topic from Step 1.

Instructions

Design a visually-appealing workplace poster (in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint) that includes the following elements:

· Explanation of the behaviors represented in your selected type of case from a biological, learning, or situational perspective.

· Description of the ethical consideration you selected from the list above and how it fits with your type of case.

· Examples of unethical conduct by forensic psychologists.

· Examples of penalties for unethical conduct.

· Include in-text citations within the sections above as well as references at the bottom of the poster. (You may use a smaller font for the reference list.)

· TIP: Remember this is a poster to hang up in a workplace. Be as clear as possible in a brief amount of space, and draw in the eye with strategic uses of color, font, section placement, or visuals.
