a. Iden/fy your clinical prac/cum se4ng (It’s primary care office) and a popula/on

that you typically see (which is older adults).
b. Discuss mental health screening tools used at your clinical site. If no screening

tools are currently used, which ones would you recommend? (discuss some
mental health screenings using in primary care for pa/ents)

c. Describe the quality of the mental health care you have observed. Discuss
dispari/es or biases, if any, in the care provided to different members of the

d. Screening opportuni/es are o.en missed in vulnerable popula/ons and those
with limited access to care. Describe at least TWO changes you recommend in
your prac/ce se4ng and community to increase the frequency of mental health
screenings within vulnerable popula/ons.

II. Include a minimum of two scholarly sources within 5 years that is related to the
topics. Cite all references and provide references for all citations.
