Overview of Summative:

You will develop a Mini-Paper that displays your understanding of organizational
effectiveness and ways to build organizational culture. In 2-4 pages, you will write a
Mini-Paper on recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness for the same
organization you previously assessed in the Strategic Improvement Plan. This
Mini-Paper should be based on your thoughts and incorporate additional resources
either from the course content and/or outside research. You may also consider touching
on how socialization, orientation, and training can help to support organizational
effectiveness.

Your summative will include:
1. Introduction
2. Content

a. Explain the current state of the organization

b. Note where the organization could improve

c. Provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness

3. Conclusion
