Many  potential employers and managers considering employees for promotion  will ask you to reflect back on your educational accomplishments.  Prepare a summary of the work you completed as a student in your BA/BS  program at APUS/AMU. Your Executive Summary should be a “teaser”  for the reader. Entice the reader to want to read more about you and  your experiences. A well developed, easy to read and interesting  portfolio is just one more way to separate yourself from your  job-seeking competitors. In this section of your portfolio, tell the  reader how you have organized your portfolio and how they can navigate  the various sections. In the introduction, explain why you chose the  program and concentration. Include a brief description of your courses,  the program objectives that you achieved, as well as an overview of the  important concepts learned in class. Conclude with your assessment of  how the overall program met your professional and personal goals and how  your degree will enhance your career path.
