Ground Rules
• Be respectful! Be prepared! Be on time to synchronous sessions!

• Follow ATI submission dates.

• Written discussions and assignments should have at least 2 resources cited “in
text” and on a reference section. APA, APA, APA!! Follow directions!

• Use APA formatting…services such as Purdue Owl website and others are helpful.
APA publication manual, 7th edition, available online & in bookstore.

Discussions: Initial post due by Wednesday (11:59pm) Please submit on time.

Initial discussion post with 2 references, cited intext too.

Response to 2 peers by Sunday at 11:59pm

Assignments: All due by Sunday at 11:59pm

Synchronous session: reflections due Sunday at 11:59pm

Course and ATI…..recommendations

• Review the content and ATI student orientation links

• Review the Nurse Logic modules…test taking strategies

• Become very familiar with the ATI program…you pay for it…USE IT!

• Create your own exams…use the study helps

• This 204 course recommends consistent study time…up to 20 hr/wk

• Read the assignments, watch the videos, recordings & complete the
weekly discussion/assignments.

• Submit the ATI pdf module score each week.

Synchronous Sessions…2025
• Zoom session every Thursday at 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Use the same Zoom link!

• Exams in the following weeks will be during the synch sessions and replace course content.

• Week 4….February 6th, Exam 1

• Week 6….February 20th, Exam 2

• Week 9….March 13th, Exam 3

• Week 11..March 27th, ATI Foundations CMS Exam (Xpts.)

• Week 12..April 3rd, Final exam

• April 6th end of term

All exams are in ATI and will be proctored during
the synchronous sessions on the dates shown.
Must have student ID, working computer and clear
desk…no notes.

nursing practice.

• One to two pages, APA formatted with at least 2 in-text cited & referenced

resources.
