Week 5 Discussion: Peer Feedback

The ability to respectfully give and receive feedback is an important graduate-level competency, and it is something you encounter frequently as a writer and as a professional. On the giving end, the practice allows you to work on your communication, empathy, and evaluation skills. And on the receiving end, you gain the gift of seeing yourself and your work through someone else’s eyes.

For this Discussion, you provide feedback to a peer on their Week 3 Discussion post, including recommendations or resources to enhance their scholarly writing.

To Prepare

· Review your course announcements for possible information related to this week’s Discussion and Assignment.

· Review the resource on giving useful peer feedback.

· Recall the relationship between professional and academic communication that you explored in Week 2.
