After completion of Assignment-2, students will be able to understand the
CLO1: State the concept of management functions, roles, skills of a manager, and the
different theories of management.
CLO 4: Employ knowledge and techniques of strategic planning, problem solving, decision
making, and change management.

Q1. Choose a multinational corporation of your choice (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Google) and
conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis. Identify and critically evaluate the organization’s
internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. Based on your
analysis, discuss how the company can leverage its strengths and capitalize on opportunities to
develop effective strategies for growth and competitiveness. (500 words approx.) (5 marks)
