Create a rubric based on the formative assessment using this template. You will use this rubric to assess if your students are progressing towards mastery of the learning targets.

All criteria should be observable and measurable and aligned with your learning targets. One example is included in the rubric to give you an idea of how it should look (you do not need to use this example in your actual rubric).
