This  discussion assignment requires you to critically analyze the provided  peer-reviewed scholarly journal article provided in this week’s reading.  After reviewing the assigned peer-reviewed scholarly journal article,  you will construct the following components. Post your write-up to the  discussion and then compare and contrast your work with your class  members. 

  • Develop Problem Statement
  • Effective Problem Statements .
  • Identify Sample (i.e. Potential participants that can speak to the problem).
  • Discuss Research Paradigm (i.e., Positivism, Post-Positivism, Pragmatism, Constructivism).
  • Discuss Bias as it relates to the study.
  • Provide Leading Theory  (A theory is a lens through which you view your research. You should  identify one leading theory that is most applicable to the study to use  as your lens.)
  • Biblical Integration Incorporate a minimum of 3 scripture verses into the discussion and provide a rationale for why they address the topic at hand.
