The purpose of this paper is to reflect on one spiritual or natural gift that enhances leadership. You will identify a leader (either someone you admire personally or a public figure) who exemplifies this gift. You will analyze how this gift helps the leader solve problems, lead others, and make ethical decisions. This paper will also explore the broader impact of the leader’s gift on their leadership style and decision-making.
