  1. Describe one (1) thing you would like to change in your work community if you could? Be sure to explain what it is, why you would like to make this change and what impact this change could have on your workplace at large. 
  2. Construct an intervention strategy that will assist you in improving this problem by integrating three (3) of the nine (9) points on structuring activities on pp. 146-147.
