a. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are more prevalent in clients who are

members of marginalized communities. Identify and discuss two person-
centered actions to promote STI self-care
management for marginalized clients.

2. Provide evidence from a scholarly resource that’s within 5 years. References should

(The virtual patient scenario is based on a 22-year-old female that
presented with vaginal itching and discharge after using a bath
bomb 5 days ago. She had a negative pap smear and STD
screening 2 years ago. I performed a KOH wet mount with whiC
test that was abnormal. And she had a normal saline wet mount.
And negative HCG blood test. She was diagnosed with
uncomplicated infectious vulvovaginitis. She was prescribed a
single dose of fluconazole 150mg orally.)
