Data visualization skills are in high demand and experience with BI tools is now a requirement foranalytics jobs. For this assignment I want you to create a dashboard add to your portfolio and include with your jobapplication. The dashboard should show your best work. Find dashboard examples and ideas online, go over thestyling notes from class. Go over the feedback you received in the past about your submissions. Payattention to the details and you can make it look good. The dashboards can be on any topic that is of interest to you. You need to find/collect your own data.If you plan to apply to a specific company, you can do a dashboard for this company. It can also beabout anything else that will motivate you to try hard. Some good free data sources are and You are not limited to using external data. In thepast I had a student training for a marathon, and she prepared a dashboard that tracked her training.Another student did a Tableau Resume. It can consist of multiple dashboards connected via anavigation button. I am open to all creative ideas.Since I will not be familiar with the data you use and possibly with the topic of the dashboards a bigpart of your grade will be how well you communicate with visualizations. Your charts should notconfuse me. You should design them so that anyone can understand them. This may not always bethe case with a dashboard you are building for the company you work for because people will befamiliar with the topic, terminology etc. However, since you do not know who the viewer is now, youwill have to make the charts more general.Points break down:10% for interactivity; 50% for showing meaningful data with readable charts; 40% for stylingGo over the styling checklist. I have added a bullet for tooltips this time.Submit: .twbx file and a nice screenshot.
