• The behavior should be something you engage in, or want to engage in, on a regular basis.

 • Note: Assignment 2 is going to require you to measure this as a baseline for two weeks. 

• Refer to lecture notes and/or textbook Ch. 2 for tips on defining behavior labels. 

• In your operational definition, please include your dimensions, and please specify the recording instrument you will use to record/log your behavior as it occurs
