In this activity, you will prepare a professional presentation summarizing your final report for stakeholders.

Presentations to stakeholders help them understand your report. This presentation is your chance to tell the story behind your analysis and recommendations. It is also their chance to ask questions and provide input personally and as a group. This presentation is structured as a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis to help you organize your presentation to concisely communicate the information supplied in your report.

You have been working on the components that comprise the final project you will submit in Module Nine. To organize your project before submission, create a PowerPoint summary of your project that you would give to your stakeholders. Include voiceover or speaker notes with your presentation. The voiceover or speaker notes should provide the narrative or script behind the presentation you would give to stakeholders.
