1A. I am reviewing the most recent annual report for Visa. There are a large number of notes that detail a series of mortgage loan combinations in which Visa has a large interest. Most of the notes, in fact, had to do with mortgage loans and how they are packaged or who is responsible for them. There was a lot of legal language, but when reviewing the details you can see how it all fits together. Visa is in volved in several different mortgages such as Newport Centre Mortgage Loan, Premium Outlets Mortgage Loan and VISA Global Mortgage loan. These are not simple stand a lone loans, but groups of loans in a single structure. The footnotes detail how these loans should be handled, and which banks are responsible for them. They mention the advisors and services and how they all play different roles in managing the loans. Many of the disclosures detail the asset-backed securities regulations and commit to following the rules that are associated with them.
