To prepare for this assignment, read the case study “Emotion Recognition and Smart Cities” in this module’s reading and resources.

What best practices led to program success? Write a professional email and format your submission as you would communicate with organization stakeholders.Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

  1. People Impacted: Describe the people affected by the changes and describe how each of them is impacted.
  2. Program Success: Identify program outcomes and best practices, and, based on the measures used to evaluate them, explain which best practices decision makers could implement to enhance the likelihood of program success.
