Effect of Culture on Work Teams:
Write a description of the social norms found in a work team in the United States.
Include things like communication system, informal communication, relationship with team leaders or managers, work ethic, adhering to schedule, behavior in training, sense of responsibility, attitude toward age, trust, dress code, risk taking, decision making, virtual vs. Face to face teams, resolving conflict and what else your team thinks is important.
